I have my own spin bike.  Going to commit to get on it 3 days a week.  Since I wrote it and you read it I can’t tell a lie.  Will post my progress.
I like this.  I need to know my training zones for spin class.  Don’t want to fall off of that bike!  LOL

I did a spinning class today - love them.  I didn’t realize that I had been cheating my work outs until I got that calorie counter.  The first time I used the counter in the class I burned approximately 520 calories.  Today I pushed a little harder and burned 620 - That’s an extra 100 calories.  So from now on I am going to challenge myself to not fall below that 520 - which is really a ride.
